Staff is very unfriendly. The woman in the front who was pregnant is very rude and doesn't show concern for the patients. I was late one time in the five years that I had been a patient of Coastal Bend Wellness and Dr. Grey refused to see me which in then escalated to a bigger problem. I had labs that needed to be read and I had follow up from an ER doctor and they still refused to see me. Negligence is what they gave me. I spoke to the head nurse in charge named Missy and explained my situation and things got heated with her. She was very unprofessional, rude, unfriendly and yelled at me to leave her office. It's apparent that the staff needs more training on how to deal with people. Coastal Bend Wellness is supposed to be a safe place for all people and at that time I did not feel safe at all, I felt threatened. 😞

So they decided to give my crazy stalker ex my information over the phone of where he had my appointment date and time and he was threatening to be there when I showed up for my appointment. I have not had medication in over two months and I desperately needed this appointment and she decided to hangup on me when I told her all of this. Your safety and well being are not takes into account at this clinic whatsoever

Great service and love the Holly location. I've been going over a year now and it's been amazing. I had so much trouble finding a good doctor and had been dealing with the Christus network and my PCP was wonderful but getting in to see the doctor was awful. I'm so glad I switched to CBWF. The online paperwork was easy to do and I was contacted so quickly for a follow up to finish necessary paperwork and get scheduled. I recommend Dr. Spicuzza, he's been amazing. He really listens and cares. When he was unexpectedly out once, the office got my appointment moved over and I was seen in just a few days past my original appointment, which was so appreciated. Before CBWF, if I needed to see a doctor, I was looking at weeks or months. The front desk ladies are always helpful and kind, the phlebotomists are very efficient and friendly. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and how my wait time for my appointment is short. No more waiting in the lobby for over an hour just to get into a back room and wait another hour like other doctor's offices.

Walked in for labs. The pregnant lady at the window opened 5 minutes late. She never smiled or made eye contact. With a frown she asked are you here for labs or an appointment but never looked my way. I broke the ice and said good morning she still never looked up but did say good morning back. Common you work with the public. Be more professional and at least look like you don't hate your job. I really hope you go on maternity leave soon. Come back and do better since you work with patients. Smile say good morning make eye contact.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️ Would you try to explain to them on what’s going on? Staff tried to argue with you that they are right. I gave staff a new patient packet. I had been waiting for over 2 months for an appointment. Come to find out they lost it. Mind you have called them numerous times regarding the New Patient appointment. They refused to provide the manager info. This facility is literally run as CIRCUS‼️ Very incompetent‼️ If I could, I would give them a NEGATIVE 5‼️
